Terms of participation in our adventures

Participation in our excursions requires that you agree to the following terms:

Personal safety

The participant is responsible for their personal safety and must assess whether their health condition allows them to take part in the specific activity. If the participant is not fully aware of the requirements and risks involved in the activity, they should request information from the organizers. In case the participant has a health issue, they must inform the organizers, who, depending on the nature of the problem, have the right to prohibit their participation in the activity.

Booking Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the excursion, the deposit is fully refunded. After 15 days, no refund will be made.

Postponement / Cancellation of Adventure

In case the trip is canceled due to adverse conditions (insufficient participants, unsuitable weather, force majeure, etc.), the deposit will be refunded regardless of the timing.
